REVIEW/ANALYSIS:
its time to buck up for my english, chinese, science and combined humanities. its almost all the subjects that i need to improve in. hopefully i can have a great result change in my prelims. HOPEFULLY.

see the title? it says it all. its maths paper 1 today. and once i received the paper, i was like why is the print of the paper so lousy. the printing of it was like yucks, the words were like having “designs” on it? with dotting on the words, white dots.

and okay. then it was paper. i attempted it first time without rush, although there were more questions.

some parts was like real tough uh? and yeah, tried my best in it. HOPEFULLY, i can pass. bless me and get double the blessings. lol. haha! so when you curse someone, remember to bless someone also. that would neutralise the effect.

why i say that? curse = 2x curse, and bless = 2x bless.
so when you curse and bless, 2x curse + 2x bless = neutral. so yeah. you got rid of the curse. ;D

haha! just joking thou, perhaps it might work? haha.

and if you have noticed, i have changed my theme to actually allow the site to load faster, i might add in a theme switcher, so if you like the old theme, remember to tag and tell me, also do give me your comments on this current theme.

was actually damn stressed, slept at 3 at night.

after that woke up at 6:30 and yeah. things were going worse and worse. after that, ITS EXAM. time to put down all my books.

chemistry, here i come!

and yeah. was quite okay. recycling came out. HAH! i loved it. ;D and yeah. im praying really hard that i can pass my combined science, since i have studied so hard. GOD please help me!

and after the paper, i rushed to take my poa file and started mugging, ran to many places. canteen to eat. then to classroom, but they seemed to be slacking. went up to outside staff to ask mr tien, and saw amanda and aidah.

and then started revising, since i didnt revise last night. ;x shhh. that would sadden mr tien. and yeah. i studied and yeah, with mr tien’s help in revising. then yeah. in the process, i lost my phone. omg. i panicked. and guess who was playing with me? faidzul. LOL.

during that 1hour, i made full use of it. yeah. ;D

then was POA, i was very tensed. and mr koa was saying: “terence, got study anot?” i said yah. of course. but now very stress.

and yeah. POA paper

for that, my first trial balance can balance, but need to check on the figure, then the partnership was like i can do it, but dunno correct or wrong, i assume its correct. then got one question about capital and revenue expenditure. after that last question, was provision for doubtful debts, also should be correct.

and yeah hopefully i will pass all of them.

for geog, was total screw up. i didnt really revised for river and coasts, and i cannot do natural vegetation cos my explanation sucks. so i attempted to do and yeah. that was for section A.

section B was quite okay. i did development. DCs and LDCs. just trying to shyt out everything i learn in class and to crap my way through.

so was quite a miserable paper.

SS. (2192/01)

social studies! i’m now able to spot questions for ss. HAH! i guess governance. and yeah, it does contain it. and yeah its out. and of course the obvious two chapters from book 4. HAH!

but was not really easy. the SBQ seems alittle challenging. while the SEQ’s question 3b) was super challenging. i tried my best, and thats the easiest part b to do. HAH!

and yeah. i ran out of time. (OVER RUN!) lol. and yeah. it was a over run for both papers. ss sbq’s part d was not totally completed, i got L1 (provenance), L2 (inference, no support from source.) i will expect to get 2-3 marks for it only. since its over 6 marks.

REFLECTION

TERENCE, yeah. stop ranting here. just go start studying for your chem which really sucks. and better buck up. since it would be a fiasco for my bio. HAH! complete failure. im now simply effking annoyed. why? someone wanted to intrude my privacy and went to distort truth. wanting to break me and my girlfriend up using this trick? using your family to disturb her? try me. i have better ways.

MTL PAPER

and yeah. MTL paper, crap again. paper one was okay, no mistakes and i chose question 2 and 3. ;D

first error in the exam, they ask us to write numbers, but there are no numbers! then it contains so many alignment error, then nvm. the marks are not indicated properly. gosh. one of the question is repeated, and nvm. there is still another question which is so called improper question, after a while then ask us to add the “wei shen mei” which means “why?” zz.

haix. the vetting of exams scripts are not being done. thats why there are so many errors. hopefully on wednesday this does not happen again. don’t tell me this time they never insert the source picture in. LOL! ;D which cannot be happening, unless the vetting was seriously not done. ;o lol.

hah! for shamus: shamus ah. we might fail together for chinese, or to pass together. HAHA!

in short the following series of lapses account for the great escape:

1 ) non-operational enhanced cctv system pending commissioning (in the process of enhancing the cctv system to increase security, they inadvertently disable it rendering zero cctv surveillance, how ironic)
2 ) window without grilles (also without handle thanks to the bright idea of the high-ranking superintendent with rank equivalent to a Lieutenant-Colonel of SAF according to Mr Wong)
3 ) various guards on various occasions allowing Mas to close door in cubicle when it seems that they are not supposed to let him do so. (this allows him to conduct rehearsals n test them n test the waters b4 the fateful escape, n test the waters he did - the guard was duped by the sound of running tap-water while Mas happily made his escape)
4 ) guard 1 failing to kick door but went out inform guard 2
5 ) guard 2 failing to go in n kick door but go n inform female duty operative
6 ) female duty operative failling to ask guards to go kick door but go n ask male case officer.
7 ) take 4 hours to inform public of escape
8 ) take 2 days to release the additional photos.
9 ) take 4 days to give more details about the limping.
10 ) take 6 days to release the clothes that he was wearing.
11 ) take 7 days to release the mole on this face.

Could Mas Selamat have secured help after his escape?
Mr Wong said: ‘While there is no intelligence to confirm this, the possibility cannot be dismissed and is indeed a scenario pursued by ISD even now.’

Officers responsible to be disciplined, penalised

He, however, said that officers responsible for the escape will be disciplined and penalised.

Mr Wong said this will include those at the junior officer level, all the way up the chain of command to the supervisory and management levels of the detention centre.

‘There is a proper process for disciplinary action under the Civil Service or Police Force rules and this must take its course.’

The minister said the Commissioner of Police and the director of the Internal Security Department (ISD) have also been told to replace all the WRDC officers - as identified in the Committee of Inquiry report - who were responsible for Mas Selamat’s escape.

No criminal charges against anyone: CID chief

Responding to media queries on the CID investigation, its Director Ng Boon Gay said in a statement on Monday: ‘The escape was the result of the combination of several factors which were not in the control of any one individual.’

‘In addition, there was no direct causation by any of the staff that resulted in the escape of Mas Selamat Kastari that constituted an offence of criminal negligence.’

‘Furthermore, none of the staff had deliberately omitted to take any action which would otherwise have prevented the escape of Mas Selamat.’

He said that on completion of the investigation, CID consulted the Attorney-General’s Chambers (AGC) on the case.

‘AGC has considered the investigation papers and concluded that there is no basis to lay criminal charges under the Penal Code against any particular individual.’

But Mr Wong said this does not mean that no departmental disciplinary will be taken against the officers accountable for the lapse.

He has asked the Commissioner of Police and ISD Director to investigate the operational lapses realted to the escape and to ascertain accountabilities.
